How much is postage?

How long does it takes till my package is shipped?

Handling time is about 2 to 4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) if the wig is in stock and not a made-to-order wig.

How long is the delivery time?

This is the transportation time, not including production time if any. Barring any custom hold, delivery usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks under normal circumstances. During peak season of postal service (i.e. Christmas, Easter or Halloween holidays etc), delivery could take Shorter than usual.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes we do. If customers need the item by a specific date, please contact us for further information on expedited shipping. Postage for expedited shipping is non-refundable. PO box delivery address will not be accepted.

What payment method do you accept?

PayPal is the only payment method we accept because we want our customers to shop with confidence knowing their financial information is secured. For more information on PayPal, please go to www.paypal.com.

Do I need to pay for any import duties or taxes?

Yes, any custom duties or taxes must be paid by buyers and we do not cover for these charges. We do not know how this would apply to your country and how much it would cost because custom policies and import duties are different for each country. We suggest that you consult your local customs for more information. If buyer refuses to settle these import duties from the customs, buyer will responsible for any extra handling costs incurred.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchased item, you could return it to us for a refund of the item price only. The returned item must be in its original new condition with the tag attached. Items that have been used will not be accepted for return. Customized item, such as color, style or fitting has been customized, will not be accepted for return as well. Postage to return the item will be paid by customer. We do not, however, offer any exchange of item.
